The Shimano RC300 (RC3) is an entry-level performance road shoe built on Shimano's Dynalast last for an efficient pedalling position. A single BOA L6 dial with an off-set centre flap wraps the perforated synthetic-leather upper evenly around the foot, and the glass-fibre reinforced nylon midsole (stiffness 6 on Shimano's scale) transfers power without being harsh on long rides. Three-bolt SPD-SL cleat mounting with a wide adjustment range.
